Hemodynamic medicines are important to recover patients with a critical period in the ICCU. have small range of dose so that it has large effect on therapy. Therefore, study use hemodynamic and doses is necessarily conducted. This aims investigate administered ICCU dr. Soedarso Hospital Pontianak. observational research descriptive cross-sectional design. The sample was 49 who had met inclusion criteria. data were analyzed descriptively describe frequency percentage. results show single medicine 65% combination 35% patients. refers dobutamine 84.4% Meanwhile, consists norepinephrine 52.9% frequently 3-5 μg/kg/min dobutamine, 3-10 dopamine, 0.01-2-2 norepinephrine, 1 mg/ml epinephrine. concludes (inotropic) most used medicine, (vasopressor) combined for at Regional Public Hospital,
